bootstrap2 slate theme, ordered list is difficult to read #1297

i know bootstrap 2 is super old by this point, but would be to adjust the font color a bit for bulleted lists?

apologies, this turned out to not be a bootswatch issue. I was experimenting with bringing a dark mode theme to maven site. Turns out it was part of the base theme from the site plugin. Cheers
