Added gujarati langauage #265

Added Gujarati lang. support for level's description,hover messages accordingly made changes to respective levels.js,docs.js,messages.js .

Hey @ozaharsh95, thanks for the translation.

Could you make a few cleanups:

Remove empty lines added in levels.js (lines 1433 & 1435) and at the end of docs.js, messages.js.
Remove whitespace at the end of lines in levels.js (lines 87 & 377).
Undo change to NL translation in levels.js (line 1200).

Otherwise, looks good to go.
