• snowball-enqueue.php: deprecates the previous library on parsecdn and imports a new one on npmcdn
• snowball-admin.min.js, snowball-admin.js: modifies function logger accordingly

Looks good, but instead of CDN, can we import the Parse script as a local file? Since this is a plugin, I'd like to reduce third-party dependencies and keep it as portable as possible. The script can be placed in a new folder under /lib.
