Situation:

• territory border is drawn with convex hull algorithm

Problem:

• many territories are not convex, therefore, the end shape is weird and can overlap other territories (for instance near Brest).

Solution:

• select 10 % of bodies that are on the border and highlight them (as in the border computation step)
