Automatic shutdown of the simulation

Situation:

currently, the simulation never stops. A manual operation is mandatory to stop the simulation and output the result

Expected enhancment:

detect when energy decrease is slower than a certain threshold (1/100 000)
stop the simulation
generate the result body file
generate a picture
exit

added a -shutdownCriteria with 0.0001 default value
