Add polyphony and Random Wrangler module #18

Added: Random Wrangler (RW)
Added: Polyphony to simple oscillators (SIN, SAW, SQR, TRI), plus oscillators (SIN+, SAW+, SQR+, TRI+), Simplex Oscillator (SN-OSC), Wavetable Oscillator (WAVE), TT-A and TT-L. Huge thanks to @baconpaul for contributing with this!

Oh looking a bit more (but we can do this later) should probably make your random mute and so on polyphonic aware also (that is each output echoes each inputs polyphony) - lets see what folks say in community but happy to bang that together for a 1.5.1 if you are interested

I'd be very interested in that - and the community too i bet! :)

The new Random Wrangler module could use it too. However it's a bit resource intensive if the probability distribution changes a lot, so don't think it'll be feasible to do it the trivial way.

Yeah and polyphonic noise is a bit less useful than polyphonic utilities or oscillators or envelopes I think!

Anyway I’ll take a peek when I’m next in rack land. A few things going on in surge right now. Glad we got this shipped!
