Left Ad/ Banner adds image at the left side bottom of the page instead of at the middle of the left side.

This depends on the Master Page Layout. If you try to set Default Master Page Layout , it should be OK. This needs to be documented in the Help file in the admin panel like the one below..

"Correct display of Left and Right Banner depends on how the developer rearranges the left/right banner controls on the master page " . So if the Left banner was arranged on the bottom of the page , it will display it accordingly (as is the case in the bug)..

Please test this bug with the Default Master Page Layut and see how it goes..

You can change the Mater page form Layout and Theme settings..
