vsearch in cluster_consensus #17

Dear Thomas

At the moment, there is a TODO tag in the make_reference.py script (function cluster_consensus) saying:

"vsearch ignores joined sequences, temporarily revert back to vsearch to prevent this from happening."

Assuming that it meant "revert back to usearch", do I still need to do this or is vsearch now using the joined sequences correctly?

Ok - I found your issue on this.

Looks like the problem is solved and the TODO can be removed.
