Add the Base Folder property to the Cloudinary FS class
Use the base folder value to set Cloudinary upload options and generate correct transform URL

Hello Valerie,

You've made a promising beginning with this pull request. Nevertheless, for the plugin to effectively support a base folder, additional modifications are necessary in several areas. A key consideration is to limit asset indexing to the remote base folder and ensure that the corresponding folder is not created in Craft. This is crucial, given that the remote base folder now aligns with the root folder in Craft. I can have a go at this by Monday, if you like.

Oooh I see! That's a really good point. Yes, if you'd like to look into this it would be great. 😃 I'm not too used to Cloudinary yet, so your help is very appreciated.

Thanks for your pull request! I've incorporated the remaining details and rolled out the changes in a new version. I'm sorry for the delay; I've been quite occupied lately.
