Feature/loosened config keys regex #4

Summary:

added ability to use dashes and upper case letters in service names
removed deprecated methods from unit tests
fixed and updated tests for AbstractServiceFactory

@hiredgun Sorry for the late response.
Dashes are not used as a standard. Please remove it. I want to remember you that this project is also marked as abandoned in packagist, and there is a new release 2.x for the new ZF3.
