Two main issues here: 1) iSnap can't load projects exported from https://snap.berkeley.edu/ 2) There are some nice features missing. E.g RGB(A) in 'set pen color to' block

This won't be fixed for a while, unfortunately. Berkeley changes things so quickly and I can't keep up :/

That said, when I do try to merge in the latest Berkeley version, I'll need lots of help testing!

I think the main issue is Snap 7's addition of Scenes. It may be a while before this is supported. However, if that's the only issue, it shouldn't be too hard to manually revert .xml files, as you managed to do.

Sounds reasonable.

I was thinking that it is a good idea to upgrade before fixing some bugs that might be related to iSnap:

Drag block definition header to use the block doesn't work
Delete block definition doesn't work
Changing block's color or type doesn't work
Delete sprite makes the UI wild (The Sprites section goes gray and the stage thumbnail goes top-left)
Select sprite. When I select certain sprites the UI get messy (2 sprites are selected at the same time, the headers go grey)

Anyway I believe when we have a good number of lessons to test against the upgrade it will be safer to do an upgrade. I haven't filed the issues above since they seem to me that they are not top priority.
