I can't think of anything else that would be useful to show right now that is simple to implement.
Later, the UI should also show:
Minimap
Planetary interaction: "[Encountering/Orbiting] [Planet, Star or Moon name]" (this provides an indication of achieving stable orbit)
Pointers to off-screen items of interest (nearby asteroids or ships, directions of planets/moons, space stations)
Orbital trajectory[^1]
[^1]: This might be a separate system; it needs to implement some 3D logic in our 2D space if possible, and should only be visible when "encountering" a gravitational object or when interested in seeing ones orbit around it - so planets and moons but probably not stars. This exists to help the player achieve orbit, a function that might require we remove or adjust the ship control dampening.
