Add support for other identity providers #69

For usage of osmcal in other communities: Is it possible do configure other OAuth 2.0 or OID identity providers e.g. https://api.slack.com/docs/sign-in-with-slack

Not currently possible, it‘s hardwired to the OSM OAuth endpoint. I‘ve heard some voices from other communities that would be interested, but pluggable authentication is just a part of the story: Configurable branding, texts as well as i18n would be important in that case, too.

I would be willing to develop or maintain such things, but only in exchange for money.
