Modify the energy_monitor module to support the v1.4 device details changes

Changed and additional device details field require changes in the device_monitor module

Added following enhancements:

• Allow to run monitor against a folder with json files for testing pruposes
• Added support for display of inverter details
• Added more device details as provided with updated api
• Using schedule from api.devices dict instead of doing separate query
