test api library against non EU server #69

Main question is whether non EU server uses same public key or has its own to be considered for the login request and encryption.

Both, the EU and COM Anker server public key is the same and login response is provided for both upon an authentication request However, if country ID assignment is to the wrong server, no sites or devices will be listed for the authenticated account.
