Add device types for standalone devices by PN lookup #79

Standalone devices are not categorized via the site. Add PN lookup for device types to allow HA filtering for device categories to be added via Integration

The known device types have been added by PN in a dataclass. This includes definition of a new device type category for POWERCOOLER which are likely also supported as stand alone devices only. This category is not used in the scene_info of a site.
