Add config options to limit entities and/or Api requests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In large configurations with for example 4 systems and 8 solarbanks, the integration may run into Api limits for max requests exceeded, especially since version 1.1.0

Describe the solution you'd like

Need configuration option to:

• limit device details categories to be queried and presented
• limit device types to reduce creation of unused and unwanted device types
• allow configurable delay for subsequent requests to avoid hitting limit in short intervals
• eventually further reduce detail queries to once per day, especially for rarely changed settings

Describe alternatives you've considered

Going back to version 1.0, but this has no change capabilities

This has dependencies on fixes and enhanced Api library planned for version 1.8

The solarbank energy entities will be disabled by default and made configurable in the short term Future enhancements will allow more category selection for exclusion from integration
