Linux support. #231

I'd like to make this happen. Some newer features in Xojo brings this closer to reality. Beacon already mostly works on Linux, there are just some gaps that need to be filled in.

If Beacon ends up utilizing Scintilla for its code editor (via https://forum.xojo.com/t/new-plugin-teaser/67224) then Linux support will not be an option until the plugin supports Linux. I think the improved code editor is more important than Linux support though.
