Refresh Account is not Activating Omni After Purchase #291

I purchased Omni for Ark: Survival Ascended. At the time of purchase, Beacon (alpha) was closed. I opened Beacon, and the ASA project I was last working in loaded. As it happened, I was on a menu option that requires Omni. Upon loading, I was greeted with the banner informing me that Omni is required. I've confirmed that I'm already logged in, and going to Account Control Panel shows that I have Omni for ASA. So, in accordance with the instructions, I click the Refresh Purchases menu option, but nothing happens.

I then try to close the project and reload it, but I'm still being informed that Omni is required. To ensure that the banner is not being shown accidentally, I modified the Harvest Rates and attempted an export, only to get the dialog box warning that the config will not be included. I continue with the export, and confirm that the harvest rate settings are not included in the config dialog box.

Next step, I save and close Beacon, then reload. After the background updater ran, I opened Beacon, then opened my ASA project, but I'm still not being granted Omni in my project.

I then created a new ASA project, just in case somehow my previous lack of Omni for ASA was tied to my project, but the new project as well tells me that I don't have Omni.

Finally, I use the Change Account menu option to reauthenticate and am able to use Omni features for ASA.

I've heard of this from some users, but I haven't been able to reproduce it.
