Duplicate Commands #295

Between the script and the ini there are a lot of duplicate commands.

So far all the ini versions seem to be working.

The following though seem to work best or only when in the script. ?ServerPassword= ?ServerAdminPassword= -NoBattleEye -clusterID= -mods=

-mods= is also needed for file updating through curse.
