Resolve issue with STM32F103xB_stm32duino_bootloader.ld
Increase macro count to 36 to resolve issue 5
Resolve issue 13 (same as issue 15)
Align with latest vial-qmk which changed RBG_MATRIX configs and case conditions inside the rules.mk file
