Implement Anders Lyhagen's Shellify for faster and more reliable Internal and Reversed Face detection.

Shellify implemented in a base version that cover existing functionality in CL 9655fd8. Will investigate further improvements in later releases. First need to get this version shipped to address bugs and performance issues in current public release.
