Add AsciiDoc port of the original man pages, which are built as HTML files via Rake into the doc/ folder (ignored by Git).

New docs-src/man-pages/ with ADoc sources.
Add Rakefile to automate build.
New _assets/rake/ folder with custom Rake/Ruby modules for automating Asciidoctor tasks.
Add EditorConfig rules for Ruby/Rake files.
Add .gitattributes to enforce EditorConfig EOLs.

@thoni56, could please set the repository to enable rebasing as the default merge method (i.e. disable merge commits) so that commits messages are not lost when a PR is merged? Since I always delete the PR branches, the original commit message info ends up being lost, leaving just the default Merge pull request #n from tajmone/some-branch commit message.
