With these two last commits the whole manual is now ported to AsciiDoc.

Now the whole text needs further polishing, restoring XRefs, externalizing source code, etc.

Anything to ensure the ALAN legacy will live on!

Too many great IF tools are at risk of extinction due to legacy dependencies, lacking tools and documentation, etc. This won't happen to ALAN.
