Custom CSS Styles #23

This PR contain various commits to:

  1. Enforce consistent (and shorter) docs sources naming.
  2. Add Sass sources for custom CSS injection in docinfo file in order to start providing custom styles to the Manual (currently applies custom colours to terminal/shell example blocks).
    • Compiling Sass to CSS and generating the docinfo file are automated via Rake.
  3. Minor source polishes.
