This commit fixes the "References" section of Part I, converting it into a real AsciiDoc bibliography section.

Mark the "References" chapter as [bibliography] special section.
Implement all in-text bibliography references as AsciiDoc bibliography X-Refs, and reformat all bibliography entries in "References".
Add external links to bibliography entries (if available).
Authors spelling errata:
- "Sencker" --> "Dencker" (and reorder alphabetically).
- "Durre" --> "Dürre".

With this commit, porting to AsciiDoc is now complete, even though there are still some pending tasks to improve to the document.

Manual Preamble: Replace the WIP admonition with a sidebar describing the new digital edition, and add a warning admonition about SoftLab contacts and website being no longer active.
README: Replace the WIP note with a new document status note.
