Restore jedit adapter #26

The jedit adapter/plugin is available in the x-refactory 1.6.10 x-refactory distribution.

Included in the source, but not tested.

As the editoradaptor/c-xref interface might need modifications during ruthless restructuring, this is an unstable interface.
