Fixes for 5.6 kernel #19

To make things build again on 5.6 kernel. This has been build tested on 4.15, 5.0, 5.3, 5.5 and 5.6 kernels. Solves https://github.com/thopiekar/rcraid-dkms/issues/18

Note: I runtime tested it on 5.6, seems all OK, nothing in journalctl or dmesg on (K)Ubuntu 18.04
