TP12- Closes with rc1 - Kiali Distributed Tracing option not available #39

Due to Jaeger inability to talk to Kiali in TP12. Fix in rc1. Resolution is done and awaiting release in maistra-rc1

Temporary fix, could either remove instruction (via adoc commenting), or add a note for user to check their deployment version and skip if they are not on compatible version
