Power savings through auto pause #406

I have a dedicated GPS tracker that pauses the recording of my location when I 
stop to move for a couple of minutes. When it detects movement again (based on 
an accelerometer), it resumes recording. It would be great to have this feature 
also at Open GPS Tracker, because it would reduce the power consumption of the 
application and create smaller log files. Would it be possible to add this 
feature to the software?
