What steps will reproduce the problem?

Site loads with JS enabled, but relocates to cpalead.com is no script is
allowed.
2. additionally, it relocates so quickly that there is no possibility to
"whitelist" it via scriptno (not that I would want to do that on this specific
site, I really want to only block the cpalead-refresh :) )
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output is in no way unexpected (except for the refresh to a wholly
unrelated site, so that I am not able to whitelist the referring site, but that
is not scriptnos problem)
I would love to have an option to disable not only the whole NOSCRIPT tag, but
only NOSCRIPT tags with 'meta http-equiv="refresh"' in it.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Comodo Dragon 19.1, based on Chromium 19.0.1084.52 - Win7 x64
