Reloading a page after whitelisting doesn't work as expected. #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Whitelist something in a ScriptNo popup.
2. Without closing the popup, hit the reload button in the browser.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Page should reload.  Instead, ScriptNo reloads the page and you end up hitting 
the stop button so the page does not reload.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest ScriptNo on Chrome Dev 21, on XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

ScriptNo should delay slightly before reloading the page, which would prevent 
this condition from happening.
