ScriptNo window blank in Dev Chrome #206

- Using dev line of Chrome... currently Version 27.0.1430.0 dev

- ScriptNo 1.0.6.13

- Click ScriptNo icon as usual

- popup window is entirely blank

- but my mouse pointer does change when I mouse over where the UI elements 
should be, and I can still click 'Temp' if I blindly click where the 'Temp' 
button should be

I've attached a screenshot for mine, it shows up as a minimum window.

I think this is a bug in Chrome, because it turns out I have the same problem 
with 1Password and my other extensions.  I filed a bug in Chrome but there was 
no reference number.
