When I view historical tilt data. Current values are not historical in any fashion. Same issue applies to core controller but less of an issue as the current values are the calculated data for ABV. As an example it means "high ABV" is the only value that is close to correct for ABV. Current ABV is whatever the tilt is currently reading compared to the historical data. While high ABV is probably correct if you have a sample that dropped lower than actual finishing state in the data you won't have the correct number. This isn't uncommon with a tilt for a variety of reasons.
I really want to explore using scheduled tasks to try to estimate fermentation “state” including true OG, FG, and ABV. Tagging this as future, and will revisit.
