Unable to Connect after WiFi Config #114

Scenario:

  1. Erase flash
  2. Upload filesystem
  3. Upload program
  4. Configure AP
  5. Attempt to connect to index.htm

This connection will fail until the board is reset.

Unable to repro after about 1000 PR's. I guess it went away. Closing.
