JSON does not post #22

I've set "Fermentrack URL" to http://192.xxx.xxx.xxx/brewpi-api.php and it never posts. I've not tried to watch it with Wireshark but I do debug log the endpoint and nothing shows up where if I do a test post with Postman it logs everything.
