Report RSSI of advertised device #91

The Nimble AdvertisedDevice class has a method getRSSI() that can report the signal strength of the advertised device. It might be helpful to collect / report this information for troubleshooting of suspected signal strength issues between the Tilt and the Tiltbridge.
