Added 4.5.1 Batch upload FAQs to Database with CSV files.

usage.md is for the public frontend, it should be in administration.md

I now have it in administration.md as point 5.4.3 Batch upload via phpMyAdmin. Did it arrive? (Sorry, it's taking me a while to find my way around here.)

I've now submitted it a third time...

first switched my phpMyAdmin to English
then took 4 screenshots
edited them with Photoshop
saved them as PNG files
compressed them
uploaded them to my webspace
included the 4 screenshots in the docs
fixed a few more errors

Got it, sorry my mistake!

Didn't thought of my texts were ealier in usage.md
Was wondering why you were showing me that sentence which wasn't from me.
The sentence is now back there.
My earlier texts below that sentence are deleted out of usage.md

Forum

2 forum posts with phpMyAdmin manuals are updated to 5 tables
I marked 2 other obsolete Forum posts with GELÖST. These 2 can be deleted.
