Add constructor to Line #28

I am building a plugin on top of this one and need a small addition in your Line class. Hote it's ok for you.

While I am here, any plan to move to the IJ2 API in a near future?

I've no problem with that! Sorry for the late reply. At the moment I don't have time to move it to the IJ2 API. However, as soon I've more experience with IJ2 API I will try to move it.
