Standardizes file licenses so they can be easily kept up-to-date with the license-maven plugin.

@thorstenwagner thanks for adding the missing license text! Using the license-maven-plugin like this means you don't have to worry about copy-and-paste when you add new licenses, and makes it easy to keep the copyright year up to date.

Let me know if you want me to change the copyright holder info at all. I tried to keep it close to what you had.
