The Model 3 B+ and 3 A+ have the same SoC:
Broadcom BCM2837B0, Cortex-A53 (ARMv8) 64-bit SoC @ 1.4GHz
It appears that the 3 A+ was merely forgotten on this list and should be included as May Yes.
