Transition IN_MODEL vs .inCompartment.

They need to follow the same guidelines for Transition Naming. What are these?

All capital Letters with underscores? Camelcase? Other?

The new data model is still not completed but so far adheres to the rules:

Relationship Entity for Biomodels Qualifier is named "BQ"
