Changes:

Updated the dotlottie-react version.
Introduced webpack file-loader to host the dotLottie web wasm asset and provide it with a URL that can be used in dotlottie-web to load the wasm from, instead of using the CDN.

Note: This change is to ensure that the CDN loading time is not variable, thereby providing a consistent loading time for the WASM asset.
