Set up GH token with cli or by using module function #544

Bug description

Right now, the GH token has to be setup before importing any of the srcopsmetrics module. This behaviour is not desired and is considered a bug.

Expected behavior

Setting up the GitHub token should change the srcopsmetrics behaviour immidiately anytime (and not just only before importing the module)

Bug found within #539
