Notes:

the byon import pipeline does not support cross-ns
the gitrepo pipeline had it removed in the initial PR (https://github.com/AICoE/meteor-operator/pull/79) when importing the meteor-jupyterhub pipeline

ADR / doc on:

[ ] how owner refs work (see https://github.com/thoth-station/meteor-operator/issues/98) and the impact (restrictions) this imposes on namespaces.
[ ] explanation / example of how an odh-with-cnbi deployment looks like
