Analyze Inspections of various TensorFlow builds

Goal Having a notebook that shows differences in performance for different TF builds analyzed using Amun service.

Pre-requisites

• [x] Run Amun inspection for different TF builds to gather performance observations for Thoth (@fridex)

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Move/Add inspection methods to thoth-report-processing (https://github.com/thoth-station/datasets/issues/14)
• [x] Adapt inspection template notebook to the new way of storing Amun inspection results
• [x] Publish Inspection template notebook
• [x] Publish Inspection notebook showing performance difference for different TF builds analyzed
