Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to be able to use https://www.chromatic.com/ to visualize new or changed features in the ui.

High-level Goals Implement https://www.chromatic.com/ into GitHub PR checks

Acceptance Criteria

[x] add https://www.chromatic.com/ to each PR
[x] possible reformat of code architecture

Will require formatting repo to use a different design type. This will be beneficial for many reasons:

testing is streamlined
PR reviews are more understandable
quality of components are enforced
reusable components across Thoth projects
