Bug description

PostgreSQL metrics in stage and prod are broken

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to stage metrics or prod metrics
See that many metrics are marked as unavailable.

Actual behavior

Empty graphs

Expected behavior

All metrics available

Production

metrics exposed by PostgreSQL as well as those created by thoth-station/metrics-exporter are unavailable

Stage

thoth-station/metrics-exporter metrics are available, but metrics exposed by PostgreSQL are not
