[spike][5pt] Failure in executing the integration-tests in stage cluster #2599

Describe the bug Daily integration-tests is not execting for stage. Investigator which schedules the components run is being busy with solver runs and halt adviser run.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Research on the investigator for scheduling different messages parallelly.
[ ] Find a way to set priority on the investigator code.

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here.

as it's currently a bit unclear why investigator in stage is not working on all the topics

It is expected that https://github.com/thoth-station/investigator/issues/673 will help address this problem. Pending verification of that
