Sync failed for management-api on ocp4-stage #2611

Describe the bug

Sync failed for revision https://github.com/thoth-station/thoth-application/commit/3a9b32eb53e9bfc960ac58d8b45948fdbe84200b because the server could not find the requested resource (see the argocd UI).

@mayaCostantini: This issue is currently awaiting triage. One of the @thoth-station/devsops will take care of the issue, and will accept the issue by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.

The triage/accepted label can be added by org members by writing /triage accepted in a comment.

This is fixed now. This issue happens when the argocd server is stuck. a manual click on sync is enough to fix this.
